By accessing or using CricEZ (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
CricEZ is a cricket league and match-scoring application: it lets league administrators organize leagues, clubs, teams, and tournaments; lets team managers build rosters and score matches ball-by-ball; and lets the public view live scores, fixtures, and player statistics.
Some features require identifying yourself by email address or phone number. Two roles exist: League Admin (creates leagues, clubs, teams, tournaments, and fixtures) and Team Manager (manages a specific team’s roster and scores that team’s matches). Roles are granted by an existing Admin and can be revoked at any time.
You agree not to:
Match, roster, and statistical data you enter remains yours. By entering it, you grant CricEZ a license to store, process, and display it as part of operating the Service (e.g., showing a scorecard publicly).
Some parts of the Service are paid, such as season plans for a league. The price is shown before you pay, and payment is handled by our payments provider. The terms of each paid plan, including its refund terms, are published before sales open.
Renewal. In the United States, a season plan renews automatically every 12 months at the same price until you cancel. You can cancel the renewal at any time on the Billing page; you keep the plan until the end of the year you paid for. In India, a season plan is a single payment for one season and does not renew automatically.
14-day cooling-off refund. If you cancel a season plan within 14 days of buying it, on the conditions published with the plan before sales open, you get a full refund, including any mid-season upgrade payments for that season, and the plan ends immediately. The same applies to an automatic renewal in the United States: within 14 days of the renewal date you can cancel it for a full refund, on the same conditions. While the full refund is available, cancelling the plan means cancelling it for a full refund, and the Billing page shows the last date it is available.
After the cooling-off period. Once 14 days have passed, or the conditions above are no longer met, a season plan cannot be refunded through the Service. Any refund after that is at our discretion; email contactus@cricez.ai. Cancelling the renewal still stops future payments.
The Service is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. CricEZ does not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scoring data will never be lost or corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CricEZ and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision.
